Nicknamed “The Glove” for his tenacious defense, Payton enjoyed a legendary NBA career — most notably with the Seattle SuperSonics — earning a Defensive Player of the Year Award, nine All-Defensive First Team selections and a spot in the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
Payton’s return to Seattle in a coaching role is a homecoming for the veteran leader. His deep understanding of the game, competitive spirit, and defensive expertise will be invaluable resources for our players as they develop their skills and compete at the highest level.
Robert Pack: A Veteran Presence to Lead and Inspire
