Seattle SuperHawks minor league basketball team to host tryouts for second season (KING5)

KING5 reports that the Seattle Super Hawks, a minor league basketball team in The Basketball League (TBL), are hosting tryouts for their second season on Sunday, November 5, 2023, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences Upper School Gym. The team, which secured the Western Conference Championship in its inaugural 2023 season, aims to provide players with opportunities to advance to the NBA. Olden Polynice, former Seattle SuperSonics player and the team’s new president of basketball operations, expressed optimism about the future of NBA basketball in Seattle, stating, “It’s not a hope. It is coming. Seattle, get ready.”
